Pretty sure the PS change is for ferals to be better at pvp, gives instant big heals and such.
Infected Wounds change is nice because if you're the only tank applying Tclap debuff having to wait for two Mauls to get the full stack (and 2 more if you ever lose the debuff) puts Druids at a disadvantage. Same implications in pvp too.

Question: Does anyone here think there is enough time in the feral druid rotation to take 3 GCD's to cast something? (1 to switch out, 1 to cast, 1 to switch back in)
Actually, I'm tired, I can't remember if it takes a GCD to switch out...
The rest of them aren't that interesting from my point of view: I don't balance pvp and the infected wounds change is just meh.
